November 8 is First Generation Student day - celebrating those who became the first of their family to attend college. In this week's Inside OSU Podcast, we spotlight two members of the Cowboy Family who are first-generation students. Meghan Robinson sat down with Ken Eastman, Dean of Spears School of Business, and Rosa Gorham, OSU's First-Generation Organization president. They discuss the challenges they faced, how their career goals shifted and what it means to be first-generation college student.
